Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Atlas: Gym Workout Tracker app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Atlas: Gym Workout Tracker is a mobile application designed to help you plan, log, and analyse your gym workouts. Features include custom workout builders, exercise tracking with sets and reps, weight and body-measurement logging, muscle group charts, workout history, and optional Pro subscription features.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of workout data, weights, and measurements you enter
• Exercising safely and consulting a qualified fitness professional before starting any new training programme
• Backing up your workout data as needed
• Maintaining your device security to protect your data
• Ensuring your use of the app complies with all applicable laws

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Atlas provides tools to log and visualise your training. The app does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician or qualified health professional before beginning any exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this app to:

• Store illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app

Intellectual Property

• The app, its design, and all original content are owned by the app developer
• You retain full ownership of the workout data and measurements you create within the app
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission

Subscription and Payments

• Certain features (e.g. extended history filters, advanced charts) require an Atlas Pro subscription
• Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat
• Subscription pricing and billing period are displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from reliance on workout data logged in the app
• Loss or corruption of workout history or personal data
• Interruptions in app availability or service
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use

Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All personal workout data is stored locally on your device.

Termination

We may discontinue the app or remove it from the App Store at any time. Because all your workout and measurement data is stored locally on your device, you retain access to your data even if the app is no longer available for download.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
